One patient's result. The change in shade varies from person to person.
Whitening gel contains peroxide, which breaks down pigments in teeth and reduces their color intensity. This can lighten your natural teeth.
Before you begin, ALDental reviews your oral health, starting shade and what you would like to improve, to develop a plan that fits you.
Crowns, veneers and fillings retain their color. Temporary sensitivity can occur, which is why professional assessment and follow-up matter.
The VITA Toothguide 3D-MASTER lets us compare teeth with physical shade samples. Shade matching means finding the closest sample to record your starting shade and compare the change.
The usual direction is greater lightness and less color intensity. In VITA 3D-MASTER, natural shade groups range from 5, darker, to 1, lighter.
Illustrative diagram, not a sequence of sessions. On-screen colors cannot be used to choose your tooth shade.
The guide version with bleached shades adds 0M1, 0M2 and 0M3 as references. These are not universal targets: your starting shade and how your teeth respond determine the achievable change.
