Your prosthesis, step by step.

  1. 1. Consultation and plan

We identify which teeth need replacing, whether extractions or implants are needed and which option may suit your case.

  2. 2. Preparation and placement

We organize appointments, records and any necessary try-ins. Placement follows your plan and the clinical timing your case requires.

  3. 3. Adaptation and follow-up

We review the fit, bite and cleaning. Immediate dentures need particular follow-up while the tissues heal.

Five options for replacing teeth.

Partial means replacing some teeth; complete means the teeth in one arch. Fixed and removable describe whether you can remove the prosthesis yourself. Your consultation determines which options suit your case.

Immediate removable partial denture

Replaces some teeth

Prepared before planned extractions to replace some teeth at that appointment, while retaining the remaining teeth as appropriate for your diagnosis.

How it is usedThe dental team explains when to remove it and how to clean it during healing.

Follow-up

Adaptation and adjustments

As the gums heal and change, adjustments, relining or a new denture may be needed.

Fixed full-arch implant prosthesis

A complete arch supported by implants

Replaces all teeth in one arch with a prosthesis secured to implants. Oral health, bone and your bite help determine whether this option suits your case.

Follow-up

Cleaning and checkups

Requires cleaning around and beneath the prosthesis, along with checks of its components.

Removable full-arch implant denture with attachments

Implant retention with removal for cleaning

How it is usedYou can remove it as instructed by the team. The implants stay in place.

Follow-up

Attachment maintenance

The retaining parts can wear with use and may need adjustment or replacement.

Fixed restoration with aesthetic tooth selection

Before choosing your prosthesis

Is an immediate denture made in a single visit?

No. It is prepared before extractions and fitted after them when indicated. It requires advance planning and follow-up during healing; adjustments or replacement may be needed.

How do fixed and removable implant prostheses differ?

You do not remove a fixed prosthesis yourself. A removable denture with attachments lets you remove the prosthesis for cleaning as instructed; the implants stay in place.

Does the option with aesthetic teeth use a specific material?

The name does not identify a particular material. At your consultation, we explain tooth options, shade, finishes and how it differs from the other fixed option.

What does treatment cost and how long does it take?

Your estimate and appointments are defined after diagnosis, based on the prosthesis and any necessary procedures. The consultation is MXN $900 or USD $50, with no consultation fee if you start treatment.
